IF YOU ARE

Proficient in native English with a strong command of grammar and style
Skilled in UX writing within the financial industry, supported by a professional portfolio
Experienced in navigating complex user journeys and improving user experience with targeted content
Strong in applying UX principles and best practices to create impactful, user-focused content
Expert in using Figma and FigJam for content design and team collaboration
Effective in managing multiple projects independently without compromising quality
Confident in delivering clear, concise, and polished content through excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Competent in maintaining strong communication and collaboration across teams for alignment and project success
Familiar with highly dynamic environments and proactive in shaping processes
Experienced in German language (would be a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

Collaborate closely with interaction designers, service designers, product teams, localization experts, business analysts, developers, and researchers to ensure cohesive product development
Ensure products are intuitive and user-friendly, shaping the voice and tone of digital offerings
Develop compelling copy for diverse use cases, including UI components on web and mobile platforms, as well as web and support content
Design client-centered copy informed by research insights and user feedback to enhance user engagement
Integrate seamlessly into an agile product development environment, adapting to short sprints, rapid prototyping, and frequent user testing
Elevate the user experience across all languages by working with localization experts to prepare content for global audiences
