We are looking a motivated and enthusiastic RPA Developer to join our client dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to streamline our business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What skills we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years of development experience with RPA platforms: UiPath (mandatory);
Experience in development with programming languages like .NET, Java, Python, etc;
Involvement in other AI related technologies (NLG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning),
Fluent English, Intermediate Spanish (mandatory).

What you need to succeed:

Use UiPath best practices to implement and configure automated processes that are efficient, maintainable, and in accordance with business requirements;
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of RPA bots, ensuring their accuracy, resilience, and compliance with established SLAs;
Continuously monitor and maintain the health of deployed bots, promptly addressing any issues to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity;
Develop comprehensive documentation for the implemented RPA solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
