Poste

Le chargé de clientèle en assistance technique a la principale mission de recueillir puis traiter à distance les requêtes d'utilisateurs en difficulté au regard d'une utilisation de matériel informatique. Rattaché au responsable d'équipe, sa mission consiste à :

  • Résoudre des problèmes techniques d'exploitation et d'entretien par le traitement de questions et l'apport de solutions techniques selon des impératifs de qualité et de délais.

Avant de prendre en charge la mission, une formation complète est assurée afin de le préparer aux responsabilités qui lui seront confiées.

Profil recherché

  • Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française, avec une bonne aisance à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Sens de l’écoute et de l’orientation.
  • Bonne capacité de diagnostic et d'analyse.
  • Formation réussie en rapport avec la compétence technique demandée
  • Diplomé(e) en informatique , réseaux et telecoms

Expérience requise

Expérience en assistance technique est souhaitable.
