About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing and delivering the MDM program, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the various projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the implementation of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by collaborating regular reviews and quality checks.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Support in facilitating workshops and sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Good understanding in MDM.
• Extensive knowledge in SAP MDG Functional Data Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Possess a client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Experience in conducting workshops sessions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
