ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on branding and excels in designing for paid media campaigns.
To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Latin America and are required to be fluent in English and Spanish.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Development
- Conceptualize and create cohesive brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Paid Media Design
- Develop high-performing creatives for digital advertising channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), Google Ads, and programmatic campaigns
- Optimize ad creatives based on performance metrics and A/B testing results
Creative Campaigns
- Design visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including banners, email templates, landing pages, and print collateral
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative direction for campaigns
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with copywriters, motion designers, and developers to ensure a seamless execution of ideas
- Present concepts and designs to internal stakeholders or clients, incorporating feedback effectively
Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on design trends, advertising standards, and platform-specific guidelines to ensure relevance and effectiveness
ABOUT YOU - Minimum of 3 years in graphic design, with a focus on branding and paid media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other collaborative design tools is a plus
- Understanding of motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) is a bonus
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding projects and paid media designs is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and ability to present ideas clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
