About the Company:

We are a traditional search fund dedicated to identifying and acquiring a private company in niche sectors across North America. We rely on proprietary sourcing and industry analysis to find businesses that are the right fit for acquisition.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Full Time Virtual Assistant. The primary responsibility will be to conduct target company research, build lists of private companies within specific niche industries, and help write personalized outreach emails. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a finance, private equity, or entrepreneurship career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research to identify companies in specified niche sectors.
• Create and maintain detailed lists of potential acquisition targets (100-1000 companies per week).
• Research and write company descriptions based on data found online.
• Personalize outreach emails to prospective companies.
• Conduct industry research and generate lists of experts to contact.
• Work closely with the team to enhance research methodologies and improve sourcing efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong research skills with online databases and search engines.
• High attention to detail and the ability to generate lists of 100-1000 companies weekly.
• Ability to summarize information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with search funds, private equity, or cold email outreach is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in finance, private equity, or entrepreneurship.
• Familiarity with email marketing or sales outreach.
