Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The SMB Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from engaging prospects to closing deals. This role focuses on selling to small and medium-sized businesses (50+ employees) through a mix of inbound and outbound leads qualified by the SDR team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to exceed sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

  • Sell the company's platform to businesses with 50+ employees.
  • Conduct short deck presentations and customized product demos.
  • Utilize proven sales methodologies to manage the full sales cycle, from initial interest to activation.


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities.
  • Perform account planning for prioritized accounts in collaboration with the SDR team.
  • Forecast monthly revenue accurately through Hubspot CRM.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Onboarding/Success, Product, and Service, to support customers effectively.
  • Leverage customer insights to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Achieve quota consistently by managing a robust pipeline.
  • Track sales activities and metrics through tools like Zoom, Gong, and Hubspot CRM.


Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of outbound acquisition.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with nuanced understanding and crisp delivery.
  • Experience selling to HR buyers or through a SaaS platform.
  • Quick thinking, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot CRM, Zoom, and Gong.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas in previous roles.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement or recognition tools.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
