About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry to lead the development and execution of innovative healthcare solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, identify customer needs, and drive the successful delivery of products that enhance patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and align with healthcare regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Define and execute the product vision and strategy for healthcare solutions, aligning with organizational goals and market needs.
· Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs, business value, and compliance requirements.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities in the healthcare industry, incorporating insights into product planning.
· Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
· Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
· Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and regulatory bodies to gather actionable insights and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholders.
· Effectively communicate product strategies, requirements, and progress to internal and external audiences.
