Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30AM-12:30PM Georgia US Time 

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support our team by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Key responsibilities include:

  • Entering and maintaining data in the company’s internal CRM system.
  • Reconciling external data sources with internal CRM records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Inputting data from various internal and external sources into the CRM system.
  • Communicating with clients to resolve discrepancies and reconcile data.
  • Assisting with additional administrative or data-related tasks as assigned.


Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for client follow-ups and data reconciliation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.
