Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, either  7 am - 4 pm and 12 pm - 9 pm with an hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Client Location/Timezone: United States, Hawaii Timezone


Job Overview:
Are you passionate about the ocean and tourism? Do you have a friendly and engaging speaking voice?

We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist and customer support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls, live chat, and email tickets
• Scheduling and coordinating logistics for our charter boat trips
• Explaining the benefits and unique experiences of our charter boat trips to potential customers
• Providing excellent customer service and support


Requirements
• A great speaking voice and strong communication skills (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT VOICE RECORDINGS)
• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Knowledge of tourism or experience working in a similar field is a plus
