Job Description

The Solutions Architect is responsible for tackling the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

Main responsibilities/functions

As a Solutions Architect/Lead, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

• Create development tasks and specification documents that align with the business requirements shared by our customers on the discovery sessions driven in the project.

• Perform system internal testing of all

solutions requested to development or configurations for standard functionality

• Writes support documentation for every project on the implemented solution, such as user manual, process documentation

• Work together with the development team to provide as much clarification as needed for the solutions proposed to the customers.

• Write architecture design documents for projects translating business requirements considering the overall customer system landscape and all its systems

• Manage day to day project execution for all projects assigned

• Coordinate deliverables between operations, development, architecture, and support teams.

• Join customer meetings to request for information to define the solution design based on the business requirements.

• Log time tracking daily for respective customer/noncustomer activities, weekly review and submission

• Manage Customers relationship and escalations (1 st point of escalation)

• Accountable for Project Execution and Results which includes but no limited to:

Plan Hours vs Actuals, On time delivery and quality

• Strong partnership and communication with support towers (PMO, Solutions, Shared Services and BringIT Care) as well as back-office team (HR, Finance)

• Strong partnership and communication with external partners

Technical Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience

• 80% Utilization +

NetSuite ERP Consultant certification

• Celigo, Boomi, Avalara certification
