We are searching for a Project Manager who will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initial design, detailed planning, construction, and final deployment. Ensuring seamless coordination and integration of all project phases to meet strategic objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Ledcor's safety culture and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of Project Safety and Security Plans (PSSP).
- Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Delegate project control processes and oversee construction costs and budgets
- Lead the development of comprehensive project estimates
- be the guide for the risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Lead the selection, procurement, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial performance
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in project management, in the Telecommunications industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field (desirable but not essential)
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction practices and methodology
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in motivating, coaching, and mentoring team members
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal team members
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to challenges
Working Conditions:
- This position will require travel throughout the state of Kentucky up to 25% of the time
- When not traveling, this position does have the ability to work from home
- Company vehicle will be provided for all required travel
