Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. In this role, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team with a variety of tasks, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and maintaining recruitment data. You will be instrumental in providing an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring the recruitment process runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, managing applicant tracking systems, and reviewing resumes.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment of availability, and provide timely reminders and logistics support.

  • Communication Management: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and answering questions about the recruitment process.

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), track candidate status, and generate reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and ensuring all necessary documentation & compliance are completed.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.

  • Reporting: Generate and maintain regular reports on recruitment metrics such as candidate pipeline status, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline recruitment processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in recruitment or human resources

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferably WorkDay

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with recruitment tools and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.

  • Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment trends, and industry best practices.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
