What this Job Entails:
The Transition & Transformation, Senior Manager role is responsible for planning, and leading mobilization efforts for Astreya Partners customers globally. This includes managing the people, process, and technology related activities required to set up and begin new operations but more importantly to transition operations through continuous improvements initiatives for new and current managed services engagements.
Scope:
Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates.
Reviews objectives of other managers to determine operational success.
Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading large, complex programs across multiple work streams, which may include transitioning multiple operational processes to multiple geographies, and be accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on time delivery of all the applicable project deliverables across all work streams.
Manage a team of mobilization and delivery resources during the mobilization effort, and contributes to internal operational services and mobilization initiatives to improve overall capabilities
Responsible for estimating, planning, and managing mobilization financials
Manage overall internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition/mobilization effort
Provide support in the sales process through the development of transition approach, estimates, timelines, resource requirements, and information describing the value of mobilization
Manages activities of two or more sections or departments.
Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 8+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
Demonstrated experience in mobilization, transition and/or transformation services
Ability to build relationships across all levels within the Astreya organization
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with staff at all levels of seniority both internally and customer facing, with the ability to form strong working relationships
Ability to work accurately and proactively, with an eye to detail and to prioritise a complex and varied workload
Ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and willingness to learn
Confident, proactive, hardworking and flexible
Exceptional customer facing skills
Must be self-motivated
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Proficiency in Google docs and/or Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Access, Word, and Excel
Experience with various service management systems
