Job description

Hi, we’re Jabra Hearing.

We’re on a mission to empower tens of millions of people to hear better through convenient, personalized hearing care — at a fraction of the cost thanks to telemedicine. In three years, we went from a scrappy startup to a leader in the direct-to-consumer hearing care space with the backing of our parent company GN, a global pioneer in intelligent audio solutions, to prove it. We partnered with Jabra (also in the GN Family) to create the Jabra Enhance online hearing business. Leveraging GN's expertise and Jabra's pioneering audio engineering helps us make our hearing care even more accessible and affordable.

About us.

We’re a data-thirsty, outcomes-driven group that cares as deeply about our employees as we do our customers. We’re led by a diverse crew of enormously talented thinkers, creators, and doers who are as collaborative as they are compassionate (and passionate). The team at Jabra Hearing includes actors, sommeliers, top-chefs, dancers, black belts, filmmakers and countless four-legged furry sidekicks.

About the role.

We're searching for a marketing- and customer-focused Senior Consumer Data Analyst to join our Data team, reporting to the Director of Analytics. As a key member of the Data team, you will be a trusted partner for our marketing and growth teams, helping them make data-informed decisions to drive customer acquisition, retention, AB testing and overall business growth. You will be responsible for developing and managing marketing analytics reporting and strategy, while extracting actionable insights from our rich customer data. If you're a data enthusiast with a passion for marketing and customer analytics with a desire to make a significant impact in a high-growth, mission-driven company, this role is perfect for you.

What you'll do.

  • Communicate Insights Effectively: Present your findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and stakeholders through compelling presentations and data visualizations, effectively translating data into actionable narratives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Growth Team: Partner closely with marketing and growth team members to set KPIs, define measurement strategies, and analyze campaign outcomes, ensuring alignment between marketing and growth activities and company goals.
  • Contextual Focus on Customer Analytics: Utilize various analytical tools and datasets to identify KPIs, trends, and insights specifically related to marketing and customer performance (i.e. campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition cost, website traffic analysis, etc.).
  • Develop and Iterate Visualizations: Build and manage recurring marketing KPI reports and dashboards, providing a clear and comprehensive view of marketing performance.
  • Provide Data-Driven Recommendations: Use data to answer critical marketing questions, conduct in-depth analysis, and offer actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team to improve campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness.

What you’ll bring.

  • 5+ years of data analysis experience
  • 1+ years of marketing or customer analytics experience
  • Experience building presentations and telling a story to stakeholders using data
  • Experience writing SQL queries to answer product or business questions
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Salesforce (Sigma experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to analyze and evaluate proposed solutions by considering technical feasibility, business impact, and cost-benefit tradeoffs to recommend the optimal approach.
  • Strong communication skills; demonstrated success collaborating with diverse stakeholders across all levels and departments (e.g., product, engineering, marketing, sales) to understand their unique needs, priorities, and challenges.
  • The ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them to completion; you have a strong work ethic and high sense of urgency.
  • Creative problem solver who is highly organized.
  • You are curious and passionate about data and love learning to improve your skills.

A sneak peek at our benefits.

  • You’re worth it. Our compensation is competitive ($115,000 - $140,000 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus), and our 401k plan includes matching up to 4%.
  • Take care of yourself and your loved ones. We offer excellent medical, vision, and dental insurance, plus basic life and disability insurance, and contribute generously to it. Adding a new member to your family? We also provide 12-weeks paid parental leave.
  • Rest and recharge. Whether you check out America’s natural treasures or just relax at home, enjoy your paid time off (employees can accrue up to 20 days of vacation time, approx. 8 days of sick & safe time, and are eligible for up to 10 company holidays annually). We encourage time off.
  • Be well! Jabra Hearing offers a monthly wellness stipend to support you in prioritizing self-care - covering anything from gym memberships and fitness equipment to vitamins and spa visits.

GN Consumer Hearing Corporation dba Jabra Hearing is an equal opportunity employer and participates in E-Verify.
