Job description

Your impact

Our Transaction Managers are integral to a seamless customer experience from the moment they receive their contract to the day they arrive at closing.

You’ll own

  • Manage the end-to-end process from purchase contract signing to close
  • Draft residential sale contracts for signature
  • Review contracts for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to terms, including obtaining missing documentation and updating company systems
  • Monitor contract deadlines to ensure we deliver earnest money and inspection notices on time
  • Review Title Commitments, and HOA documents
  • Review HUD and all closing documents before sending them out to our authorized signer
  • Partner externally with sellers, home inspectors, and title companies to ensure each transaction is smooth and timely
  • Team up internally with Sales and Real Estate to provide outstanding customer service to our sellers

You bring

  • 2+ years working in residential real estate, mortgage processing/closing or similar work experience in the real estate industry
  • Experience reviewing real estate documents, and title documents
  • Experience with DocuSign and Salesforce preferred
  • Comfort and competency working in a fast pace, high-growth company
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound business judgment, able to use a mix of empathy and logic to identify opportunities and risks
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Experience in MO or KC preferred
  • Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays a month
