Job description

UniUni is seeking a visionary Creative Lead to oversee end-to-end creative production and drive the strategic direction of our brand design. In this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to transform marketing objectives into impactful creative outcomes, fostering innovation and enhancing brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction and Execution

·      Develop and implement creative strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement across platforms and channels.

·      Lead the conceptualization and production of diverse visual materials, ensuring consistency and excellence in design.

·      Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with business goals and brand identity.

Strategic Planning and project management

·      Oversee all aspects of creative project operations, from defining project scope to ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

·      Continuously evaluate and optimize creative workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation.

 

Leadership and Management

·      Lead, inspire and mentor junior team members to achieve their fully potential.

·      Collaborate with HR and internal departments on talent acquisition, team structuring, and performance management.

 

Required Knowledge and Experience (Knowledge and Experience necessary to do job)

Certificate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related field (such as interaction design and web design); or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Qualifications:

·      Proven experience in Creative Art Direction.

·      Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling and brand-aligned designs.

·      Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·      Proficiency in articulating creative needs and translate them into actionable deliveries.
