Job description

As the Data and Reward Administrator you will support efficient People Team processes, enhance company performance, and drive profitability through accurate and timely payroll processing, supporting administrative processes included within reward programmes, and conducting in-depth people data analysis to provide actionable insights

This role is offered on a 24-month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist the total reward programmes and management, annual bonus, and salary review processes

  • Reward and salary benchmarking.

  • Maintain employee data and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Generate HR reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Work closely with HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and optimising system functionalities.

  • Assist in data-driven HR initiatives, such as employee surveys and workforce analytics.

  • Work with relevant HR lead and IT to develop People dashboards.

  • Produce trends reports.
