We are a fast-growing iGaming company launching the Crypto Casino Project, where we combine cutting-edge technology with engaging player experiences. To drive user retention and loyalty, we are looking for an experienced Head of Retention to lead the development and execution of strategies that enhance customer loyalty, increase lifetime value, and reduce churn. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term success and sustainable growth of our project.

What Experience Is Important to Us

  • 4+ years of experience in user retention, preferably in online gambling or fintech.

  • Proven success in creating and implementing effective retention strategies.

  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems and hands-on experience managing them.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Experience designing and managing loyalty programs to boost user engagement.

  • Expertise in email marketing, SMS, and push notifications, including best practices and optimization techniques.

  • Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools to track and improve key metrics.

  • Solid understanding of user personalization and segmentation principles.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retention strategy to maximize player loyalty and engagement.

  • Manage and optimize loyalty programs to increase player lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.

  • Analyze user behavior to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement, tailoring experiences through personalization and segmentation.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.

  • Design and execute win-back campaigns targeting inactive or lapsed players to boost reactivation rates.

  • Monitor and analyze retention metrics (e.g., retention rate, churn rate, reactivation rate) and implement strategies to improve them.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align retention strategies with broader business goals.

  • Develop early warning systems to identify at-risk users and implement proactive retention tactics.

  • Lead and mentor a team of retention specialists, ensuring their growth and alignment with company objectives.

  • Conduct A/B testing to refine loyalty programs, campaigns, and retention strategies for maximum impact.

  • Provide regular reports to leadership on retention initiatives, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
