Job description

Key Responsibilities:

— Manage and maintain financial records in QuickBooks.
— Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
— Oversee the preparation and reconciliation of balance sheets and cash flow statements.
— Handle payroll calculations and ensure timely salary disbursements.
— Create and maintain accurate management reports.
— Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
— Calculate and issue invoices to clients, ensuring proper tracking and management of client accounts.
— Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection.
— Use Google Sheets effectively, including creating and using complex formulas to analyze and manage data.
— Lead and contribute to automation of financial and business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
— Collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain clear financial communication and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

— Proven experience in financial management or accounting, ideally within U.S.-based companies.
— Proficiency in QuickBooks and a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
— Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including formula creation and data analysis.
— Solid experience in budgeting, including budget creation, tracking, and analysis.
— Experience in automating business processes using tools and systems such as scripts, macros, or third-party automation software.
— Exceptional analytical and logical thinking skills.
— Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
— Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
— Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

— Familiarity with U.S. payroll systems and regulations.
— Experience in invoicing and managing accounts for U.S.-based clients.
— A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
