Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled direct response Media Buyer with deep expertise in Facebook Ads to join our team. While Facebook will be your primary focus, you will also play a pivotal role in scaling campaigns across platforms like TikTok and Google. This is the ideal role for a strategic leader with a passion for managing cross-platform campaigns and crafting high-converting copy.

Key Responsibilities:

Facebook Ad Campaign Management:

  • Lead the planning, launching, managing, and optimizing of Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring a strong focus on ROAS and profitability.


Multi-Platform Media Buying:

  • Oversee and optimize campaigns on TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms, maintaining a performance-driven approach to ROI.


Direct Response Copywriting:

  • Create high-conversion copy for ads, funnels, landing pages, advertorials, and video sales letters (VSLs) to maintain a consistent and compelling message across channels.


Strategic Funnel Development:

  • Design and execute effective sales funnel strategies, leveraging A/B testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and other data-driven methods to improve performance.


Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of specialists to expand advertising efforts across multiple platforms.


Testing & Optimization:

  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and funnels to enhance conversions and maximize ROI.


Leadership & Initiative:

  • Set performance goals, manage advertising budgets, and monitor key performance metrics, with an emphasis on Facebook Ads.


Budget & ROAS Management:

  • Track and optimize ad spend across platforms, ensuring efficient use of budgets while achieving ROAS targets.


Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience managing high-performance Facebook ad campaigns, with a proven record of exceeding ROAS goals.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in media buying across TikTok, Google, and other advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to write persuasive, high-converting ad copy across various platforms and formats.
  • Expertise in funnel creation, CRO, A/B testing, and crafting high-performing advertorials and VSLs.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving ROAS, and scaling digital campaigns across platforms.
  • Experience managing a team and leading multi-platform media buying initiatives.
  • Background in the supplements or telehealth industry is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Must be available to work in the PST time zone.
