About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to lead and execute a critical project to launch our new consulting business. As the VA, you will oversee all aspects of the project, including coordinating tasks, managing freelancers, and executing key deliverables. Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Coordinate the launch of a professional website, including content creation and design.
- Manage freelancers for tasks such as graphic design, web development, and content writing.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Financial Support:
- Use QuickBooks Online to reconcile expenses and categorize transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of business expenses and income.
- Generate basic financial reports for project tracking and planning.
- Content and Social Media Support:
- Draft and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
- Assist in creating blog posts and marketing materials.
- Research and implement strategies to improve online visibility and engagement.
- Outreach and Lead Generation:
- Handle LinkedIn outreach to potential clients and partners.
- Send and manage email campaigns using provided templates.
- Research potential leads and maintain a database of prospects.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule and manage virtual meetings.
- Track project expenses and maintain organized files.
- Organize and document project deliverables.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations to improve processes and workflows.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the project’s success.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency with tools such as Trello, Microsoft Planner, and Canva.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and basic SEO.
- Knowledge of website creation using Wix, WordPress or similar platforms (preferred).
- Experience managing freelancers or external vendors.
