Role Name: Account Manager

Schedule:

  • Full-time, flexible - Monday to Friday, AEST either 0830 or 0930 start going until 1730 or 1830.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our client’s expanding team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships from initial inquiry through project completion. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects in the event, film, and construction spaces, utilizing your problem-solving skills and creativity to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
  • Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Create detailed, customized quotes using Xero and Google Sheets, tailoring proposals to meet specific client needs
  • Coordinate seamlessly between clients and the internal operations team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage the entire client journey, from initial contact through project completion, ensuring all deliverables are met
  • Identify and propose innovative solutions to client challenges, thinking creatively to overcome obstacles
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying upselling opportunities and potentially engaging in business development activities
  • Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Xero, Google Sheets, and other relevant software tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to addressing client needs
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new industries and technologies
  • Experience in the event, film, or construction industries is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
