We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to join an innovative business owner in managing day-to-day operations across multiple platforms and business ventures. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with modern booking platforms and handle diverse administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining seamless communication with clients, managing multiple calendars, and ensuring smooth operational flow across various business channels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate complex scheduling across multiple platforms and calendars
  • Handle professional email communications and respond to client inquiries promptly
  • Process and manage bookings through various platforms including Airbnb and Turo
  • Maintain organized documentation and booking records
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth scheduling and booking processes
  • Utilize various software tools for business operations and verification processes
  • Monitor and manage multiple communication channels effectively
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed with attention to detail and professionalism


Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience with booking platforms and calendar management tools
  • Proficiency in email management and scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently during night shift hours
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
