This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am to 5:00pm Perth Time with a 30-minute unpaid break
Responsibilities:
• Conduct internal audits including Core and management system processes; ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 gap analysis; and occupational health and safety and environmental audits
• Support consultants and current VA in developing and maintaining ISO management systems
• Develop and implement ISO management systems related to customer requirements
• Read and understand process flowcharts
• Use Teamwork software assist in project development (teamwork.com)
• Participate in business training initiatives
• In charge of improvements and development of business systems and templates used for consulting services
• Communicate with the Director and other consultants/VAs related to the operational planning of consulting services
• Answer and respond to emails and Teams messages from the Director, VAs, or consultants
• Meet virtually and participate in business improvement initiatives
• Act as a personal assistant to the Director, VAs, or consultants where necessary
• Conduct Ad hoc duties as instructed by the Director, VAs, or consultants where necessary
• Apply document control to documents when developing systems
• Improve company templates through proof-reading/quality checking etc.
Requirements:
• Does not just copy and paste work but reviews text, showing high attention to details
• Outstanding skills with Office 365 including Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
• Experience in conducting internal audits including Core and management system processes; ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 gap analysis; and occupational health and safety and environmental audits
• Experience in ISO Systems including 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001
• Background in quality, OH&S, environmental and cyber security systems
• Very efficient and excellent communicator
• Very fast learner
