Senior iOS Developer - Music & Audio Software

Remote working in UK or Europe

Long term contract

We're looking for a Senior iOS Developer with experience working on audio or music software, to join the team at a company specialised in recording, streaming and collaboration software. You can find their products in recording studios all over the world.

Currently the team cover mobile and iOS development between them, now they're looking to expand the team with an iOS expert who can take ownership of iOS development. This is a crucial role as the team grows, so it's essential that you already have experience working on iOS apps that include audio processing or streaming.

The core team are based in the UK but you can work remotely, ideally aligning working hours for the best collaboration.

This Senior iOS Developer role is perfect for someone who already has commercial experience working on DAW, recording or streaming software, looking for a long term role with a growing team.

Requirements

Experience delivering commercial iOS apps for music streaming or audio processing
Familiar with music recording and production workflows, tools and DAWs
Expert skills in Swift and Objective C
Detailed understanding of network stack protocols
Knowledge of digital sound processing and digital audio characteristics
Able to work and collaborate with a remote team
