We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized AU Broker Support to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to our daily operations, working closely with brokers, banks, and clients to ensure smooth transactions and timely processing. Job Description

As an AU Broker Support, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting and maintaining client and loan information in our systems.
  • Bank and Broker Communication: Acting as the point of contact between brokers and banks, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Document Management: Organizing, saving, and maintaining important documents related to loans and clients.
  • Valuation Ordering: Coordinating the ordering and follow-up of property valuations to support loan applications.
  • Pricing Orders: Managing and ensuring the timely ordering of pricing from relevant parties to facilitate accurate and competitive loan offers.


Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in mortgage broking or a similar financial services role.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with banks, brokers, and clients effectively.
  • Experience with mortgage software or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with property valuation and pricing processes in the mortgage industry.
