As a PriceOptimizer Business Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and sales of Guesty's PriceOptimizer product & solutions, helping property managers optimize their pricing strategies. This role is focused on working with existing clients, building awareness, and driving upsells of our pricing tools.
You will collaborate with various internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure that clients maximize the value of Guesty’s pricing solutions. The primary responsibilities include conducting webinars and campaigns, consulting directly with clients to encourage product usage, and leading upsell initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills while supporting the growth of property managers worldwide!
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Guesty's pricing solutions to existing clients, focusing on upsells.
- Engage clients through webinars, group demos, and campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of the pricing tools.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and a high conversion rate.
- Conduct one-on-one and group consultations with clients to encourage product usage and upsells.
- Stay informed on trends and best practices in pricing and revenue management for the short-term rental (STR) industry.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or a client-facing role (software sales experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with the short-term rental or hospitality industry is an advantage but not required.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
