Job description

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for supporting growth of revenue by proactively managing a range of accounts throughout the territory through developing and maintaining strong relationships. The goal is to achieve any individual and any assigned group sales target within the financial year for the specified business area/product group.

Job Description

  • The Virtual Sales Specialist for R&C is a remote sales rep fully accountable for E2E sales process. Except physical location, this role is equivalent to a Field Account Manager.   • The Virtual Sales Specialist will specifically be assigned responsibility for increasing penetration at our existing customers. They are part of the overall Sales team in their region and work closely with the other teams involved in the sales process, e.g., FAS, Sales and Channel Management, Marketing, Customer Service.

Qualification & Skills

Minimum

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical or Life Science industries
    製薬、医療、ライフサイエンス業界において少なくとも3年以上の営業経験
  • Online sales experience (Teams, Zoom)
    オンラインでの営業経験(Teams, Zoom)
  • Excellent presentation skills by using Microsoft PowerPoint, other online tools
    パワーポイントやその他オンラインツールを使用した優れたプレゼンテーション能力
  • Strong communication skills (in Japanese) to build good relationship with stakeholders
    関係者との関係構築のための高いコミュニケーションスキル
  • Able to read & write in English, and has no aversion to an English-speaking environment

  • Experience in sales process, including opportunity qualification, pre-call planning and time management

Ideal

  • Professional or educational background in scientific field (e.g., Life Science, Biology or similar)
