Director of Human Resources - APAC

The Director of Human Resources, APAC will be a key member of the Neogen Human Resources team and APAC leadership team, providing thought leadership to develop and execute a people strategy that optimizes our ability to attract, engage, and retain top talent at every level. This critical role will partner with APAC business leaders to drive transformation that aligns with short and long-term business objectives and supports the business through rapid revenue and headcount growth, as well as expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision and practical, hands-on HR expertise, driving excellence and efficiency across the APAC region. 

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders
• Develop and implement HR processes to support functional and organizational objectives
• Lead and develop the APAC HR team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and alignment with the organization’s values and objectives
• Partner with Global COE's to ensure alignment of programs to support the business and employees
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decision making and measure impact
• Collaborate with global HR partners to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices

Knowledge, skills and experience required includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 8 years of HR experience working across the APAC region, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Fluent in English
• Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that have positively impacted business outcomes
• Talent Development and Training experience highly preferred
• Previous demonstrable experience in process improvement and HR transformation
