About the Role:

As the Learning and Development Program Manager, you will play a key role in creating, implementing, and managing impactful learning programs that support the growth and development of our employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver programs that enhance skills, foster leadership development, and promote employee engagement. This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on aligning L&D initiatives with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead Program Design & Delivery:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, soft skills and professional skills training, technical enablement, and team-based workshops.

  • Curate and deliver content tailored to diverse employee learning needs, ensuring that it is relevant, engaging, and impactful.

Project Management:

  • Oversee multiple L&D initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to assess learning needs, define program objectives, and determine appropriate delivery methods (virtual, in-person, blended).

Partner in Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders to identify skill gaps and career development opportunities.

  • Create and maintain learning metrics to assess program effectiveness and engagement, using data to continually refine and improve offerings.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.

  • Gather feedback and insights from participants and stakeholders to iterate on program content, delivery methods, and overall experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Organizational Effectiveness, People Partners, Talent Acquisition,  and business leaders to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and support talent retention and growth.

  • Partner as needed with Sales Enablement to support the Revenue teams

  • Partner with Finance to train leaders on utilizing their L&D budgets

  • Partner with other teams to integrate learning into daily workflows and ensure it drives both short- and long-term business results.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track learning program performance, participant feedback, and business impact.

  • Use data insights to drive decision-making, ensuring that L&D programs continuously evolve to meet business needs.

Proposed Initiatives Could Include:

Identify and implement an organization wide Team dynamics/effectiveness tool (DISC, Meyers Briggs, etc.)

  • Implement into onboarding, offsites, team meetings, coaching practices, etc. 

New Employee Integration:

  • Standard cohort based onboarding experience

  • Enhanced Executive Onboarding experience

Leadership enablement:

  • Competency series

  • BetterUp/coaching Management

  • Annual Leadership Summit

  • Partner with People Partners on as-needed interventions/HiPo

  • Partner with People Partners and Org Effectiveness to support business operations triggered needs (switch to a new system or process, change management ahead of a major update, etc.)

Professional development:

  • Partner with PPs to manage annual PD budget program

  • Vet vendors, identify, implement, and manage content catalog for hard and soft skills in Socure U

  • Evaluate needs across the business for technical certifications, manage those programs (ex. AWS)

  • Build and program manage Mentorship Program

  • Build and program manage shadowing program

  • Partner with PPs in management of High Potential Cross Functional Training program

Offsite support as needed for development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Corporate Training, Organizational Development, or a related field, preferably in a remote-first environment.

  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful L&D programs, from design to implementation and evaluation.

  • Fundamental knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices in training delivery.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools (e.g., virtual classroom platforms, eLearning authoring tools, etc.).

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.

  • Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with diverse teams and leadership.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage stakeholders across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and managing virtual and blended learning programs.

  • Knowledge of HR and employee engagement tools.

  • Certification in instructional design, coaching, or project management (e.g., PMP, CPLP) is a plus.

  • Experience working in a high-growth or scaling company is highly desirable.

Salary Disclosure:
Base Salary range: $130,000 - $155,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity,  comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
