The Job Functions

As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate with business partners, engineers, product managers, executives, and other designers to craft intuitive, functional, and innovative designs for high-impact projects. You’ll be responsible for the complete user experience lifecycle, from ideation to execution, creating solutions that optimize workflows and utilize cutting-edge technologies like geospatial intelligence, mapping, and AI.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Analyzing current technology landscapes and identifying opportunities for design-driven solutions to complex problems.
  • Contributing to the development of long-term user experience visions for features and product lines across multiple platforms.
  • Designing and developing frameworks, user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to communicate design strategies clearly.
  • Advocating for the customer’s needs and working cross-functionally to balance design, business, and technical requirements.
  • Delivering high-quality creative designs while maintaining attention to detail and meeting product milestones.
  • Presenting design work to business, design, and executive leadership with clear rationale, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Actively contributing to building a vibrant UX practice and design culture within the organization.

  • Expertise in desktop and mobile UX design best practices, usability principles, and design for data-heavy applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.

Education requested

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).

Certifications requested

  • UX Design or related certifications (preferred).
  • Agile/Scrum certifications (preferred).
