The Job Functions

As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate with business partners, engineers, product managers, executives, and other designers to craft intuitive, functional, and innovative designs for high-impact projects. You’ll be responsible for the complete user experience lifecycle, from ideation to execution, creating solutions that optimize workflows and utilize cutting-edge technologies like geospatial intelligence, mapping, and AI.

Key Responsibilities Include

Analyzing current technology landscapes and identifying opportunities for design-driven solutions to complex problems.
Contributing to the development of long-term user experience visions for features and product lines across multiple platforms.
Designing and developing frameworks, user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to communicate design strategies clearly.
Advocating for the customer’s needs and working cross-functionally to balance design, business, and technical requirements.
Delivering high-quality creative designs while maintaining attention to detail and meeting product milestones.
Presenting design work to business, design, and executive leadership with clear rationale, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data.
Actively contributing to building a vibrant UX practice and design culture within the organization.

Experience requested for this role

8+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or related roles.
Proven experience in designing enterprise-level products or systems.
A solid portfolio showcasing prototypes, concepts, and complex design projects.
A strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, etc.) throughout the design process.
Expertise in desktop and mobile UX design best practices, usability principles, and design for data-heavy applications.
Demonstrated ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.

Education requested

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).
