A leader in innovative medical devices with a reputation for exceptional service and support is seeking a Territory Manager. You will be instrumental in building and expanding relationships with Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities and practitioners across your territory. This role focuses on driving business development in a dynamic and fast-growing market. They are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated sales professional who thrives on autonomy and is passionate about making a difference in healthcare.

Territory Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the VA-focused territory, building relationships with practitioners and facilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing leads and generating new ones
  • Create tailored solutions for clients and deliver engaging sales presentations to highlight the benefits of the products
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive continued success and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work independently to schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and meet sales goals
  • Report sales activities and progress to the Executive VP of Sales
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align strategies and ensure smooth client onboarding

Territory Manager Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, ideally in medical device, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), or healthcare-related industries
  • Proven success in a business development or sales-focused role; experience working with VA facilities is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of medical sales and an understanding of anatomical procedures to communicate effectively with practitioners
  • Able to open doors, establish connections, and develop new markets
  • Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed
