Job Title: Remote Rockstar Business Development Representative (100% work from home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000 USD/month + $50 commission per placement + extra performance bonus!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT (flexible)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, driven and goal-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong understanding of the recruiting industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, creative problem-solver, and master of prospecting, equipped with the latest tools and strategies to identify and engage potential clients. This role focuses on building and maintaining meaningful relationships while driving growth for our client portfolio through targeted outreach and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Outreach:
  • Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and social media outreach to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Create and execute personalized lead outreach campaigns tailored to specific industries and client needs.
  • Leverage advanced prospecting tools and technologies to streamline lead generation and follow-up processes.
  1. Client Growth Strategies:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our client portfolio.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals & materials that address client needs and goals.
  1. Relationship Building:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Actively listen to client needs, providing customized solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their recruitment goals.
  1. Communication and Sales Skills:
  • Present and pitch services persuasively to prospects, emphasizing value and ROI.
  • Handle objections effectively and navigate complex negotiations to close deals.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to management with transparency and clarity.
  1. Tech Savviness:
  • Utilize CRM systems and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay Etc) to track leads and manage client interactions.
  • Explore new technologies and tools to enhance outreach efforts and productivity.
  1. Collaboration and Problem-Solving:
  • Work closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to align strategies and share client insights.
  • Identify pain points in the sales process and propose creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
  1. Performance and Resilience:
  • Maintain a goal-oriented mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate resilience in handling rejection, learning from feedback, and adapting to evolving challenges.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Mastery in cold calling, cold emailing, and social media outreach techniques.
  • Strong understanding of prospecting strategies and tools, such as CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Surfe, Smartlead, CopilotAI,etc.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy and open to exploring new tools and techniques for lead generation.
  • Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset and innovative approach to challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruiting industry and its dynamics or similar industries.
