[REMOTE] Account Manager – Commercial Lines (commercial insurance exp. req.) Description
Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a new Remote Account Manager to join their Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing agency relationships including setting and monitoring goals, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up while delivering superior levels of service. You’ll be taking over for their current Account Manager who is retiring after creating a loyal, well-established account base during his last 9 years with the company. You’ll balance your time between nurturing relationships through virtual touchpoints and making in-person visits. About 70% of your time will be spent on account management, supporting relationships with the existing 25-35 agencies with the remaining time spent identifying prospective new partners. To be chosen for this role, you must have experience with CGL policies. If you’re looking to join a smaller company with less bureaucratic layers and more transparency and personal touch, do not miss your chance to make an impact with a company known for their employee tenure and reputation within the industry.
Important note: You’ll have the flexibility to set your travel schedule and choose how you are building your days between WFH and getting in the field. Additionally, overnights will be more limited, allowing you to be home most nights.
