We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Microsoft Windows Server to analyze business needs, identify solutions, and improve processes. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure optimal performance and utilization of Microsoft Windows Server.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operations.
• Support the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
