What you’ll do:

• Prepare Federal U.S. tax returns for Individuals, including Forms 1040, 1040-NR, and FinCEN Form 114.
• Prepare Federal U.S. tax returns for C Corporations (Forms 1120), S Corporations (Forms 1120-S), and Partnerships (Forms 1065), with additional focus on state tax returns as applicable.
• Prepare Financial Statements (Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Trial Balances) in compliance with GAAP, with an emphasis on real estate and passive activity companies.
• Utilize and manage tax software efficiently, with preference for UltraTax CS.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax and accounting deliverables.

What you must have:

• 4+ years in a full-service tax accounting firm.
• An advanced English level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and tax software. Familiarity with UltraTax CS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Federal U.S. tax regulations, international tax compliance, and GAAP principles.
• Previous experience working for the US.

A great plus:

• Handling taxes in foreign jurisdictions and state tax returns.
