Position: Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $2,500-$3,000/month (salary based on assessment)

Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the office while providing essential administrative support. This role is crucial in ensuring that both internal and external communication, scheduling, and processes are managed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.

  • Professionally handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Manage new agent contracting and onboarding processes.

  • Track and manage pending reports and outstanding requirements to ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Assist in preparing, proofreading, and transcribing documents.

  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Support special projects and assist with reporting as needed.

  • Manage office supplies and ensure our space is well-stocked and efficient.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant (insurance industry experience required).

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading abilities.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • A customer-focused approach to providing support and resolving inquiries.

Must-have Qualifications:

  • Life or Health insurance company experience is required.

  • Native or strong professional level English required (C1 or C2).
