Role: Global Senior Reward Analyst

Location: Poland (remote)

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Reward Analyst to join our dynamic global in-house marketing agency. As a Global Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, developing, and optimising compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent across the organisation. You will work closely with People team, finance, senior management to ensure that the company's reward offerings are competitive, fair, and aligned with business goals as well as maintaining the efficiency of the implemented schemes.

What you will be doing:

Compensation Analysis & Design

  • Support Reward team in conducting detailed market research and competitive analyses to assess the company’s compensation structure and ensure it aligns with industry standards.
  • Work together with the Reward team on the global levelling project, help to develop and maintain salary structures, pay bands, and levelling structure across various regions.
  • Support the job evaluation process to ensure roles are appropriately graded based on responsibilities, skills, and market value.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of job descriptions to reflect market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Jobs library maintenance and updates.

Benchmarking

  • Benchmark salaries for new client business.
  • Reviewing our salary ranges in different markets annually for competitiveness
  • Assisting Commercial team on ad hoc basis for new pitches

Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Maintain and analyse compensation data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
  • Support on development of reports on compensation trends and other key metrics including bonus and commission plans, ensuring alignment with performance metrics.

Benefits Program Management

  • Analyse employee benefits in the different (healthcare, retirement, wellness, group insurance, etc.) to meet employee needs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and providers to negotiate and manage benefit plans, renewals and assess cost-effectiveness. Ensure benefit providers platform are up to date and MI reports are received on a timely basis.

Compliance and Policy Development

  • Assist in ensuring that the company complies with local, national, and international compensation and benefits regulations and laws.
  • Contribute to the development and communication of reward policies and guidelines that promote consistency and fairness.
What you need to be great in this role:

Experience

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a reward or compensation analytics role, ideally within a global or multinational organisation or specialised consultancy o Strong understanding of compensation and benefits structures, market trends, job evaluation systems and benchmarking.
  • Experience in using HRIS systems (Sage, or similar) and intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Education

  • Degree in any HR or Finance related field or a professional qualification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus, however experience is more essential.

Skills

  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different regions and functions.
  • Knowledge of global compensation practices and benefits regulations, with the willingness and appetite to understand tax and legal frameworks in multiple countries.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present findings to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Expertise in Excel
