You are a B2B Paid Social marketer with strong experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms. You have a sharp analytical mindset to optimize performance and deliver measurable results, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. 

About this role 

We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Associate with a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns. This role will focus on creating impactful paid social strategies, diving deep into data and social signals, and driving verticalized B2B audience targeting efforts. This position requires expertise in analytics, strong cross-functional communication skills, and a focus on incrementality and A/B testing to achieve scalable results.

What you'll be doing
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) to support Udemy Business’s goals.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Use B2B best practices to build, analyze, and refine audience segments, leveraging data signals and insights for vertical-specific targeting.
  • Social Media Analytics & Reporting: Analyze and interpret social media metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Testing & Optimization: Implement incrementality testing, A/B tests, and other experimentation frameworks to optimize campaign performance and drive measurable impact.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing, content, and analytics teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Establish best practices for campaign documentation, process optimization, and knowledge-sharing across teams.
What you’ll have
  • B2B Experience: 3+ years of experience in paid social media, with a focus on B2B marketing and demand generation. A nice-to-have is experience with ABM. 
  • Platform experience: Expertise in social channels (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) building ads & delivering reporting
  • Audience Targeting & A/B Testing: Proven experience in B2B audience segmentation, retargeting, and verticalized targeting, with a strong understanding of test methodologies.
About your Skills
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and external partners. A plus is any agency experience. 
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with data analysis within social platforms and Salesforce to inform strategy
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative Expertise: Strong understanding of creative optimizations and channel best practices
