Job description

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Product Manager who is passionate about micromobility. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy in all LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product discovery management - strategy creation and roadmapping for LATAM markets 
  • Deep diving into already implemented service functionality
  • Business and product metrics analysis 
  • Deep analysis of payment metrics and conversion rates on payment gateways, searching areas of growth
  • Online payments and PSPs LATAM market analysis, searching for potential providers and partners
  • Onboarding, contracting, developing relationships with PSPs partners
  • Public transport an MaaS service providers analysis, partnerships
  • Monitoring the implementation of technical integrations with current and new service providers
  • Communication with finance, legal, analytics department
  • Formation of a backlog, prioritization of tasks, complete business description of tasks for development
  • Product delivery management - direct management of a dedicated development team

Requirements

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Immersion in the functionality already implemented in the product
  • Business requirements for transferring tasks to development
  • Working with the backlog, grooming with the development team
  • Decomposition and prioritization of tasks
  • Development of business and system requirements together with a system analyst and development leads
  • Effective development team management
  • Working with product and business analytics
  • Analysis of indicators for previously released and new functionality
  • Design of a product development strategy
  • Implementation of the strategy

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Product Manager position, experience with large client services 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working with Payment Service Providers, Fintech, Payments in large client services
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Product Management
  • Project management
  • Experience in the micromobility, transportation, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of the Russian language is highly desirable 
  • Desire to create in-demand products focused on organic growth. Understanding the product-led approach to creating products
  • Understanding of development principles and technology stack (python, java backend, mobile)
  • Responsibility for the final result of the team’s work at the business/metric level
  • Passion for the product and the ability to make it the best on the market
