The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are looking for an experienced Courier Care to join our team. In this role, As a Courier Operations Specialist, you play a crucial role in the couriers’ journey. You’re the focal point between couriers, customers, and stores, monitor the courier’s movements, and ensure the orders are fulfilled smoothly. Furthermore, you’re responsible for resolving any issues and reporting suspicious behavior.

What You Will Do💡
  • Contact our couriers, partners, and customers to solve problems that occur during the order flow.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the handling and solving couriers inquiries.
  • Give the couriers your full attention, allowing them to explain their complaints and work closely with them to find solutions for their concerns.
  • Collaborate with various departments to solve issues promptly and ensure a smooth order delivery.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For❓
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Capability to work under high-pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
  • Good typing skills

Who Will Excel ❓
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience within the food and beverage or tech industry.
