What you will be doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role involves ideating and leading high-complexity projects, from concept development to final design. You will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centric applications that are responsive and visually appealing across various devices and screen sizes. The role demands strong leadership skills, as well as a solid understanding of UX principles and design systems. Your responsibilities include:

Lead high-complexity design projects, from ideation to final execution, ensuring user-centric, visually appealing, and responsive applications across various devices and screen sizes.
Conduct competitive analysis, UX audits, and data analysis to inform design decisions and align with business goals.
Lead ideation workshops and strategic planning sessions, using a data-driven approach to enhance the user experience.
Design and prototype complex features, ensuring all interactions and components are cohesive and connected within the experience.
Create and maintain detailed design systems, auditing files, and features to ensure consistency across the product.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver design-ready concepts with detailed annotations for development.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering collaboration and enhancing design skills within the team.
Ensure the designs align with modern graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and SEO best practices.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on high-complexity projects and team leadership.
UX & UI Design: Strong expertise in UX design, including competitive analysis, data analysis, and ideation. Proficiency in UI design, with an ability to create high-quality and detailed design concepts.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks for front-end development, as well as responsive web design.
Design Tools: Expertise in graphic design applications including Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
CMS & SEO: Experience with content management systems (CMS) and their APIs. Mastery in search engine optimization (SEO) to develop search-friendly websites.
Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Prototyping & Design Systems: Experience in prototyping complex interactions and developing comprehensive design systems.
Additional Skills: Ability to think beyond code to architecture and user experience.
