Job Title: Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Client specializes in building successful ecommerce brands across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. This role is pivotal in establishing and managing brand presence across multiple social media platforms to engage and grow a diverse audience base.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist. This role involves managing social media channels, building communities, and fostering engagement for multiple brands. The ideal candidate has a passion for social media trends, customer interaction, and creating meaningful connections online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facebook Group Management: Develop partnerships with group admins, moderate discussions, and identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Instagram Engagement: Monitor, respond, and foster engagement to expand our audience.
  • Content Creator Outreach: Research and collaborate with niche creators to develop user-generated and influencer content campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Use AI tools to generate visuals, share blog posts, and curate engaging content tailored to brand audiences.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments and questions while documenting interactions for visibility.
  • Platform-Specific Tasks: Execute growth strategies on platforms like Amazon Posts, Pinterest, and others.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
  • Strong written communication skills adaptable for diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of social media trends and content strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation.
  • Self-starter capable of balancing multiple brands and projects.
  • Must have the creativity to craft a brands unique voice and the wit to make it unforgettable.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with user-generated content campaigns and influencer collaboration.
  • Familiarity with customer demographics in the United States.
