Position Overview:

The Research and Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in supporting recruiting efforts by rapidly and accurately building lists of companies and candidates based on clear criteria. This role requires a laser focus on detail, urgency, and creative problem-solving. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring that deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed within tight deadlines (often 2436 hours).

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Research:

• Rapidly compile lists of companies and candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, and professional directories.
• Perform advanced searches using Boolean operators and creative search strategies.
  
  

Data Filtering and Validation:

• Refine large datasets into actionable lists based on clear criteria.
• Verify all data to ensure accuracy and compliance with specified requirements.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, prioritizing speed and precision.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to align research efforts with hiring goals.
  
  

Creative Problem-Solving:

• Innovate methods to locate niche information when traditional searches don't yield results.
  
  

Optional for Tech-Skilled Candidates:

• Leverage automation tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, Selenium) to enhance research efficiency.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional research skills with proficiency in LinkedIn and Google advanced searches.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and urgency.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Python or web scraping tools like Octoparse or PhantomBuster.
• Familiarity with industry directories and competitive analysis.
• Comfort working with social media platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook Groups for recruitment purposes.
