Job description

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of Fortune 100/500/1000 and other companies in Canada/US.

We are currently hiring for a Siteminder IAM Expert for our Fortune 500 consulting client.

Role: Siteminder IAM Expert

Location: Hybrid - Mirabel, QC (3 days onsite)

Rate: $75-80/hr CAD C2C

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months + multiple long term extensions

Language Requirements: English & French

End Client: Aerospace

Siteminder IAM Expert

Description of the project environment:

· IAM access infrastructure management allowing access to Airbus applications for all users of the group.

· Description of the work to be carried out (limited to 2500 characters) *

· Environment management by guaranteeing the availability and performance of the bundle applications

· Ensure real-time monitoring of systems using the supervision tools implemented on the client and Capgemini side

· Manage the relationship with the client regarding technical topics identified as being in the scope of the bundle

· Manage the relationship with users during incident management (qualification, resolution, information)

· Ensure the maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) of applications on the different environments (INT if present/VAL/PROD)

· Participate in the maintenance of production and operating documentation (validation, drafting of simplified operating procedures, update requests)

· Monitoring and processing of incidents and implementation and support requests

· Help with problem solving

· Support during crises/Major incidents by following the MIM IAM process, within the limits of the IAM Access technical scope

· Participation in daily meetings and sharing of activities

· Sharing knowledge with members of the team


Mandatory nationality: Canada Citizens

On-call evening (6pm/8am) and full weekends shared according to the needs of the service, on a voluntary basis, which may result in travel to the customer site, within the technical scope of the contract.
