This is a remote position.
Scope:
Monday to Friday anywhere between 9 AM to 6 PM Los Angeles, CA Time (20 hours per week)
Manage and grow social media presence, particularly on Instagram
Assist in the development and maintenance of an online education platform
Create and design digital content for various platforms (social media, PDFs, website)
Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy
Provide basic website maintenance support
Responsibilities:
Assist in building and managing an online education platform, including uploading videos and creating corresponding outlines
Convert existing Word documents into aesthetically pleasing PDF forms for sale on Instagram
Manage and grow the company’s Instagram account, focusing on increasing followers, reach, and engagement
Create and curate visually appealing content for social media platforms
Assist with website updates and maintenance as needed
Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility
Collaborate with the business owner to understand and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, particularly Instagram
Strong graphic design skills, proficient in creating visually appealing content
Familiarity with online education platforms or willingness to learn quickly
Experience with document design and PDF creation
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Interest or experience in the beauty industry is a plus
