Job description

  • Customer Service:
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, effectively addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering customer availability and technician schedules.
    • Collect customer payments accurately and process transactions smoothly.
    • Respond promptly to customer text messages within the ServiceTitan platform.
  • Dispatch & Logistics:
    • Dispatch technicians to service calls based on availability, skillset, and location.
    • Optimize technician routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
  • Sales & Upselling:
    • Follow up on service estimates with customers, addressing their questions and guiding them towards booking appointments.
    • Promote and sell service memberships to enhance customer value and loyalty.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Actively participate in internal communication within designated Slack channels.
    • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, technicians, and other team members.
