Job description

Job Title: IT Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Remote (based in South Africa or Portugal)
UK Working Hours: Flexible 8 am - 4 pm, 9 am - 5 pm, or 10 am - 6 pm (UK time)

With an established presence in the U.S. and a newly launched UK/EU division, this organization works with mid to senior-level professionals in commerce and cutting-edge fields like AI and data science. They are seeking a talented and driven IT Recruitment Resourcer to join their dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional talent to their clients.

Job Description:

Are you passionate about matching top talent with groundbreaking opportunities in the tech world? This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with highly successful and demanding professionals while building relationships that matter.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage your experience to source, engage, and qualify exceptional tech talent.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Understand client briefs and build strong relationships with hiring managers and executives.
  • Relationship Building: Conduct 100+ daily dials, building meaningful connections with candidates to understand their goals and motivations.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of success in the UK market.
  • 360-cycle recruitment experience or candidate management experience. 
  • Background in IT, tech, or data recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions.
  • Experience interacting with high-level executives and navigating white-collar environments.
  • Resilient and methodical, with excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems and sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed in a challenging and fast-paced start-up environment.
