Your role in the Team

The APAC division covers a diverse range of offices comprising of Australia, Japan, Singapore and Dubai. These offices present different challenges due to differentiated client needs, profiles, offering, and competitive landscapes across these geographies.

The successful candidate will need to be able to adapt to these challenges, show and ability to think on their feet and often conceptualise and present creative and innovative yet still intuitive solutions.

What you’ll do

• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market strategies.
• Requirements Gathering: Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress and gather feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the product lifecycle.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data to inform future iterations and improvements.
• Product Strategy: Input into and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.

What you’ll need for this role

• An interest in the trading and investment landscape, demonstrating a commitment to understanding industry dynamics and processes.
• Understanding of leveraged trading products mechanisms and features.
• A deep understanding of trading systems and mechanisms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
